ORDER TERMS
The available resources are always limited in every company. Unlimited order terms would mean distracted resources and finally not-perfectly-ensured quality products. It will eventually hurt the serious customers’ confidence and experience, and decrease our efficiency as a manufacturer. So now we manage to set up clear order terms to help each other.
Generally, official orders have MOQ requirements. A detailed producing schedule with a more clear lead time will be made. Sample orders for testing are still acceptable.
We will highlight some main models with continuously producing in the factory and prepare sufficient quantities for delivering samples faster. For the customized models, they will be produced based on the orders.
